Promoting philanthropy as civic engagement!
 The goal of this program is to encourage civic activeness and to contribue to  capacity building of civil society in its philanthropic role.

Coming soon training on team productivity increase through  positive atmosphere  at workplace! It will be suitable
for any level managers, as well as for specialists in human resourses and counselors/psychologists.

Another new trainings are for those, who want to build a new organization, activity, project, church from zero. It will be soon described HERE

Also,  we offer 4 trainings as rescue interventions for critical situations in organizations:

1. Crisys of "first disappointment of the dates"  (important to take before you start your organization or in first 3 months of activity) - available now!
2. Crisys of bored people  (important to take at the end of first -  in the second* year of activity) - available after November 1, 2009
3. Crisys of multiplication (important to take in the middle of second - in the third* year of activity) - available after November 1, 2009
4. Crisys of transformation  (important to take in the middle - end of forth* year of activity)- available after November 1, 2009

* data mentioned can be relative, as it is depend of the pace and speed of  your organization's development. In some cases, after 3 years, still we have to start with the first training due to some corrections needs.
